Can I buy coins or cash them out?
No. BetChat only uses free virtual coins. They have no monetary value and can’t be bought, sold, transferred or paid out.
How do I get more coins?
Open the app every day for your daily bonus (10 coins, plus 50 extra every 7th day in a row). If your balance is 10 coins or less, you can watch a short video for 50 coins (up to 5 times a day). And of course: win bets – a win pays back twice your stake.
Who decides who wins a bet?
An AI referee checks the result using public sources. If it can’t verify it, the creator decides. That decision is provisional for 24 hours, and players on the losing side can dispute it – then everyone gets their stake back.
Why was my bet rejected?
Every bet must be a clear yes/no question about a future, publicly verifiable event with a date. Bets that are already decided, practically certain, not verifiable or that break our content rules are rejected. You’ll usually get a suggested fix.
How do I report or block someone?
Tap the ⋯ menu on a profile, bet, comment or chat and choose “Report” or “Block”. We review reports within 24 hours.
How do I change the language?
Settings → Language: Deutsch, English or Türkçe.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Profile → Settings → Delete account. Your account and all data are deleted immediately and permanently. If you can’t access the app, email us from the address linked to your account and we’ll delete it for you.
